Returns:
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Exclusions:
- Chemicals and cleaning solutions are not eligible for return due to safety and health regulations.
- Custom-ordered or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not returnable.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at 1-800-784-5807 or info@solutionsplusoutlet.ca to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange order.
Additional charges may apply for exchanges of higher-priced items.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs.
